Why the pork business?
As our retail business has grown our customers have asked where they can purchase high quality locally grown pork. Well we are hear to serve our customer so here we go!
Maintaining high quality and locally grown just like our beef was the easy part. We have 2 -1200 head hog finishing barns where we are swine production partners with a local company. From 6 weeks of age we are solely responsible to care for these pigs as they grow to finishing weight.
